1. Download the questionnaire for the office you are running for, below    

2.  Email your completed questionnaire to txdwdendorsements@gmail.com  by 1/24 at 11PM *We plan to announce this batch of endorsements by Saturday 2/5
3. A second batch was emailed out for Probate, County Court of Law, Lt. Governor, and if needed  accommodations were given for extenuating circumstances related to a disability or emergency.  The second batch was emailed 1/28.  Email your completed questionnaire to txdwdendorsements@gmail.com  by 2/4 at 11PM *We plan to announce this batch of endorsements by Saturday 2/12
